All the work is carried out by me (Roy) and upon arrival, I will be pleased to show you my identity documents, IICRC training certificates, insurance documents and before and after photos of my cleaning services. You can also choose a password for me to use at the door for extra security.
Before I Arrive
Please move delicate ornaments and valuable items out of the way. Although I will move all the heavy objects like tables and chairs out of the way, it is easier if all other breakables are out of the way. I have £5 million public liability insurance but prefer to work in a space where the risk of breakages has been minimised.
The Carpet Cleaning Process
The first part of the cleaning process involves using a powerful Vacuum Cleaner with a High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filter to remove as much surface dirt and micro-particulates as possible. To clean the edges of the room I use a special crevice tool which extracts the dirt from those hard to reach places that normal vacuum cleaning usually misses.
Next, I will identify the fabric to be cleaned as some fabrics such as wool have to be tackled in a particular way. For example, low PH or acetic rinse cleaning, or at a low temperature.
I will pre-spot your carpet to remove all difficult stains, using the very latest specialist products from Prochem.
Next, a heavy duty, non-toxic pre-spray solution is applied to the carpet, which kills bacteria and dust mites. It also prepares the carpet for the next stage using the advanced, hugely powerful Truckmount cleaning system.
The ultra-powerful Truckmount system keeps all the fumes and noise outside as it gets to work lifting up oils and odours, dust and dirt, as well as mites and other allergens buried deep in your carpet. The high pressure hot water extraction method is kind to delicate carpet fibres but delivers a deep clean right to the bottom of your carpet. The water is shot into the carpet at high temperature right into the carpet to break up deeply embedded dirt and mites. The immensely powerful suction ensures that all the dirt and grime is extracted on the first pass.
By removing the dirt, dust, pollen, pet dirt, mites, oils, odours etc., the carpet structure is also rejuvenated and the fibres will be better prepared to repel future dirt from depositing itself deep in your carpet. To make your carpet as impenetrable to dirt as possible it is also groomed with a fine grooming rake to de-tangle and separate out all the fibres.
Foil is placed under the legs of all the furniture so it can be put back in place as the turbo dryer goes to work on drying the carpet as thoroughly as possible. This process usually takes less than an hour.
After I Leave
After the deep carpet cleaning and turbo drying is complete it is best to leave the carpet to fully dry for a few hours more. This will deliver the very best long term results as the fibres will have had time to completely fluff out.
I want to ensure that you are extremely pleased with every carpet cleaning Bristol job I do. If you are not totally happy with my work, I’ll re-clean the area for free.
If you’re still not satisfied – I’ll give you your money back!
